    yesterday 02.01.17 i have initiated transaction of Rs. 4500/-, my account debited but the payee not credited, also the transaction showing failed. i contacted sbi customer care, but they are helpless. now to whom i have to give complaint and who will help me to reverse the amount. please support

      Follow these steps to get ridd off from getting different kinds of error in BHIM App.
      1. Logout from the BHIM App, if you are not able to logout then remove it through phone task manager.
      2. Now try to login second time.
      3. Make sure your Sim card should be in Slot 1 that support 4G high-speed internet connection.
      4. Clear the Cache & History using cleaner apps and try to make transaction again.

      We have heard same problem “account doesn’t exist”, this error is coming to you due to multi loads on bank and BHIM server. Can you try night late hours or early in the morning, because at that time, less load as compared to usual day. Hope it will works. thanks

  • I am trying to link my Axis bank account with BHIM app but is stating “Your mobile number is registered with more than one name, please get in touch with your branch”.

    Have contacted to Axis bank. But they don’t have any information regarding BHIM app. My aadhar number is not linked with Axis. Is it required to link my Aadhar number with my Axis bank account. If it is Aadhar number issue, then why it was showing that message.

      thanks for posting complaints here, we are hearing several users have been facing in MOTO device, as per our survey and research NPCI (National Payment Corporation of India) is working on MOTO device compatibility. Please wait for some time, and after 3-4 days re-install the BHIM App from google play store and try to use again. Hope it will works, many many thanks!

      you can transfer money to any other bank account, and you have set UPI pin which is 6 digit pin, only for which, you have selected your bank. You cannot set UPI pin for other debit card hope you understand. thank you.

      thanks for posting your complaints here. If Rs. 4500 is deducted from your PNB bank account and not credited to SBI Account, you have to wait for 7 days, within 7 days your amount is automatically refunded. For more clearification please try to contact BHIM App customer care number, or you can know transcation status by calling PNB customer care number, you need not to rely on BHIM App customer care every time, Punjab National Bank (PNB) Customer Care -1800 180 22220120 2490000. thank you, all the best!

  • I am holding SBI debit card which doesn’t have “Valid Up to” date instead of having “Valid from” date on the card. I could not generate the pin yet as it is only asking “Valid Up to” date. Please look into the matter, please.

  • For setting up UPIN for SBI account one has to give the last 6 digits of Debit card & EXPIRY date .
    SBI Debit cards have Valid from date only. When I enter this date & proceed, the app says your card details are incorrect. I do not know how to go further in registering my SBI accountbwith BHIM.

    while setting up the password, app is asking last 6 digits of the debit card and expiry date, whereas my debit card is very old and doesn’t have expiry date, it has only valid from date. kindly address the issue and I am very keen to use the app at the earliest.

    • Just want to add the information that i have 2 HDFC Bank accounts registered with the same mobile number. Is that the reason for the error?
      If so, what is the solution?

  • Dear sir maine kal raat bhim aap dawunlod kar aap dusar bank a/c me paise transfar karne the maine jaise hi aapna naam dala paise bina a/c no.liye transfar ho gaye mere khate se paise transfar ho gaye magar mere dusar bank khate me paise nahi aaye aap meri help kare.

    Bhim start krne ke bad bank select ka option aa rha h
    Jisme bank select krne ke bad “YOUR BANK DID NOT RETURN ANY ACCOUNT FOR YOUR MOBILE NUMBER” ye problem aa rha
    Mera mobile number bank account se registered h

  • Sir, I have downloaded BHIM , after installation in my new Nubia Ni android phone, its only continuing upto “Verify Mobile Number” then its showing ‘Please wait’ only, not going further. please help.

  • Kindly revert, will it be state Bank of Mysore & Corporation banks will be mapped under BHIM App?
